Just Tell the Truth

More Fletcherites do the 5 minute dance in front of the grand jury. Make a guess how many plead the 5th.

These guys really are this dumb. They have no clue about the public perception of political office holders. It almost seems like they are trying to see how guilty they can look.

The only guy that seems to know what the do is Mike Duncan, the recently fired investigator in the Transportation Cabinet’s Office of Inspector General.

From the Herald Leader:

“Duncan, who was in the grand jury room yesterday for about 25 minutes, told reporters that he has testified several times before grand juries.

"This is a fairly easy process when you tell the truth," he said”

And on top of the perp walk occurring in Frankfort, Fletcher’s budget office claims it can’t fund the investigation by the Personnel Board.

You can find 13.7 million dollars to come up with and hype a slogan, but you can’t come up with $100,000 to investigate wide spread corruption of the merit system.

From the Herald Leader:

“"I think the Personnel Board is very capable, very appropriate, and led well by individuals who will be objective," Fletcher said at a May 20 news conference.”

Give me a break Ernie, you can find $100K if you want to, it's been done before. Does the term inter-accout mean anything? Maybe from LINK to the Personnel Board.

The song and dance the administration is doing is everything but telling the truth. What's really sad is how bad they are at doing the dance.
