Chris Frost

Amid the partisan rhetoric it’s nice to hear a little common sense.

The following is from Chris Frost, a guy I’d like to see replace do nothing Representative Bill Farmer, (no this is not the Bill Farmer running for Lexington Mayor). in the State House of Representatives.

From today’s Herald Leader:

“The 2006 session of the Kentucky General Assembly promises to provide an acid test of the state Democratic Party's leadership.

Until now, the state party has been adrift -- unable to regain its footing after a series of electoral defeats. If there was ever a golden opportunity to regain a voice in the issues that most affect Kentuckians, however, now must be the time.

Enough has been written on the pages of this paper about the inept and corrupt governance of the Republicans. By now, most people understand the sad fact that Republicans are great at politics but terrible at governing.

But what do Democrats have to offer? So far, not much.”
