A follow up, sort of, to the previous post.
Sometimes things are conspicuous by their absence.
Take a search of GotSource for example.
If you search on Governor you get the maximum number of return hits 1,000.
If you search on email you also get the maximum number of return hits 1,000.
If you combine Governor and email you get zero hits.
Nada
Nothing
Zip
Now given several months of investigation into Ernie’s email, it just seems kind of odd that no one in the Commonwealth's Office of Technology ever wrote a document that had both of those words.
