It's nice to see a spirit of bi-partisan cooperation in the General Assembly.
From the Courier Journal:
When asked about Stan Lee’s micro-management of University health care benefits here was their collective answer.
“Legislative leaders, including House Speaker Jody Richards, D-Bowling Green, and Senate President David Williams, R-Burkesville, didn't return phone calls seeking comment on whether they will support the bill during the session that begins Jan. 2.”
“Also not responding to requests for comment were House Minority Leader Jeff Hoover, R-Jamestown, and Senate Majority Floor Leader Dan Kelly, R-Springfield. Senate Minority Leader Ed Worley, D-Richmond, also could not be reached.”
Leadership has a problem who do they want to make angry, the University of Kentucky and the University of Louisville or the religious right they have so often catered to.
So where do you stand boys?
